Mike
Schoenholz joined San Francisco-based John Forbes & Company
in 1982, where he specialized in estate, individual and trust
taxation for high net worth individuals. He remained through
the merger with Main Hurdman, an internationally recognized
firm now known as KPMG Peat Marwick Main. In 1985 Mike joined
Richardson, Burger & Associates which became Schoenholz & Spiegel, LLP.
At
Schoenholz & Associates, Mike focuses on the needs of
individuals and small businesses in a number of industries.
He is actively involved advising his clients with respect
to all their financial needs. Mike provides accounting and
tax advice in all aspects of his client's businesses.
Mike's
dedication to providing accurate, timely, financial information
to his clients is evidenced by his attitude of "rolling up"
his sleeves and doing everything possible to ensure they achieve
their overall financial objectives.
Mike
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants. He received his B.A. degree from California State
University at Hayward. He holds an M.S. degree in Taxation
from Golden Gate University. He is a licensed CPA, certified
in the State of California.
